
The Call Contractor program provides management and technical assistance in eight areas for firms that are certified 8(a) firms. Firms seeking to strengthen skill sets are matched with qualified consultants in desired areas of interest. The eight areas of assistance are as follows:
• Accounting & Financial Management
• Bonding Assistance
• Construction Management & Job Costing
• Debt & Equity Financing
• Human Capital & Operations Management
• International Trade & Exporting
• Marketing & Capture Management
• Production, Engineering & Technology
Participating firms must be certified as an 8(a) firm. To find out more about receiving technical assistance through the Call Contractor Initiative, contact your local SBA Business Devlopment Specialist.

1. Click on the first link for the Needs Assessment Questionnaire to download the PDF document. The document will open in a new window.
2. In order to view the .pdf file, users will need to have a Adobe Reader installed on their operating system. To download and install Adobe Reader for free, please click here.
3. Users may choose to save the file to a designated location for later completion, or users may complete the form in the the open window and submit while online.
4. After opening the .pdf form, fill in the necessary information. Users may type their responses directly into the given field.
5. Save your document after all information has been entered.
6. If the file has been saved to the user's computer, email the completed file as an attachment to jjcoleman@scrogginsconsulting.com.
If completing the form online, users may choose to click on the submit button to send information in the open window.
7. Clients should expect a staff representative with Scroggins Consulting, LLC to follow up within 72 hours of receiving an online inquiry.
Microsoft Word document (.doc)
1. Click on the second link for the Needs Assessment Questionnair to download the Microsoft Word file. The Microsoft Word file is available for users that do not have Adobe Reader.
2. In order to view the .pdf file, users will need to have a Microsoft Office Suite installed on their operating system. This software can be purchased here.
3. Upon clicking on the link, a dialogue box will open. Select the button that says Save File. Then click OK. The file will download to the user's computer.
4. Open the .doc file named Needs Assesment Questionnaire. Input all necessary information directly into the Microsoft Word document.
5. Save your document after all information has been entered.
6. Users may email the completed Word document as an attachment to jjcoleman@scrogginsconsulting.com.
