Tiya “Ty” Scroggins, MBA, owner and operator of Scroggins Consulting, LLC, has been involved in the Administrative-management and training industry for over seven years. Her background encompasses business management as well as training, business coaching, and administrative support.

Through Tiya’s vision, Scroggins Consulting has evolved to become a key player in providing Management and Training services to private and public sectors across the United States. Ms. Scroggins holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology.

Tiya is a member of the National Black MBA Association. Ms. Scroggins success in business is a direct result of her ability to utilize leadership, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills to produce solid, effective results within the company.
